Preparing sushi is a true art, so much so that today not only is there a growing number of people who love to eat it, but there are also just as many who want to learn how to create it! This is why the “BASARA milano japanese food academy” opens its kitchens to Japanese cuisine enthusiasts by organizing a morning dedicated to preparing Uramaki and Hosomaki.
The course will be held by our Japanese chefs who, in addition to passing on their traditions, will teach you all the basics for preparing these typical delicacies.
