URAMAKI AND HOSOMAKI COURSES

WHY THE COURSE 


Preparing sushi is a true art, so much so that today not only is there a growing number of people who love to eat it, but there are also just as many who want to learn how to create it! This is why the “BASARA milano - japanese food academy” opens its kitchens to Japanese cuisine enthusiasts by organizing a morning dedicated to preparing Uramaki and Hosomaki.

PROGRAM


The course will be held by our Japanese chefs who, in addition to passing on their traditions, will teach you all the basics for preparing these typical delicacies. Put their teachings into practice in our kitchen: you'll find thousands of smiles, quality ingredients, great sushi and guaranteed fun! 
An at the end of the course, you'll be ready to recreate a theme dinner at your home.

  • Duration: 3,5 hours
  • When: Sunday 12th January, from 11 am to 2.30 pm // Sunday 23th February, from 11 am to 2.30 pm
  • Where: Basara, location in Corso Italia 6, Milan
  • Participants: minimum 8, maximum 15
  • Fee (course + makisu): 98.00 €. In promotional: registration fee for 2 people - 185.00 €
